Product Advantage
PU Sealant For Car maintains optimal performance across a wide temperature range, from -30°C to 120°C. This versatility allows it to withstand extreme heat from engine bays and freezing cold in winter, without losing elasticity or adhesion—outperforming standard sealants that become brittle or viscous in harsh conditions.
This polyurethane sealant offers superior bonding to all common automotive materials, including steel, aluminum, plastic (PVC, ABS, PP), glass, and rubber. No primer is required for most substrates, saving time and labor while ensuring a firm, long-lasting bond that resists peeling or separation even under constant vibration.
Formulated to create a seamless, flexible seal, PU Sealant For Car effectively blocks water, dust, dirt, and moisture from penetrating automotive joints and gaps. This protects internal components from corrosion, rust, and damage, extending the lifespan of vehicles and reducing maintenance costs.
The sealant exhibits strong resistance to automotive fluids such as oil, gasoline, coolant, and cleaning agents, as well as UV radiation and environmental pollutants. It retains its integrity against abrasion and mechanical stress, ensuring long-term performance without cracking, shrinking, or deteriorating.
Product Uses
Sealing of body seams, door edges, and trunk gaps to prevent water and dust intrusion

Product Operate Guide
Check substrate compatibility: Test a small amount of PU Sealant For Car on an inconspicuous area to ensure adhesion and no surface damage.
Clean the surface: Remove all dirt, grease, oil, rust, and moisture from the bonding area using a degreaser or isopropyl alcohol. Allow the surface to dry completely (no residual moisture).
Mask the area: Apply masking tape along the edges of the sealing area to ensure clean, neat lines and easy cleanup.
Cut the sealant nozzle: Use a sharp utility knife to cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle. The diameter of the cut should match the width of the gap (typically 3 to 6 mm for automotive applications).
Load the sealant: Insert the PU Sealant For Car cartridge into a standard caulking gun, ensuring it is securely positioned.
Apply the sealant: Hold the caulking gun at a 45-degree angle to the substrate. Squeeze the trigger steadily to extrude the sealant, filling the gap completely. Move the gun slowly and uniformly to avoid bubbles or gaps.
Tool the sealant: Use a damp finger or a tool to smooth the surface of the sealant within 10 minutes of application (before it becomes tack-free). This ensures proper contact with the substrate and a neat finish.
Remove masking tape: Peel off the masking tape immediately after tooling the sealant (do not wait for it to cure).
Allow curing: Keep the sealed area away from moisture, dust, and mechanical stress during the curing period. Avoid washing the vehicle or exposing it to heavy rain for at least 24 hours.
Cleanup: Use isopropyl alcohol or a polyurethane sealant cleaner to remove any excess uncured sealant. Cured sealant can be removed with a sharp tool or sandpaper.
