Product Uses
Here are four specific application scenarios of Silicone Sealants:
For Commercial Construction Applications:
Hermetically sealed glazing systems designed for office towers, retail complexes, and institutional buildings.
For Advanced Solar Architectural Designs:
Specialized fenestration products integrating triple-pane configurations, low-E coatings, or frameless glass assemblies.
For Demanding Environmental Conditions:
High-performance insulating units maintaining structural integrity in tropical climates, indoor swimming pools, or industrial settings.
Product Operate Guide
Step 1: Make sure compatibility and adhesion between sealants and adhesive material before using.
Step 2: The sealant displays excellent adhesive effect in the clean environment with temperature of 4℃-40℃and Relative Humidity(RH)of40%-80%.
Step 3:Surface cleaning for bond substrates, clean up the dirt, grease and other contaminants, then affixedtemporary protective tape.
Step 4: According to the size you want, cut out sealant mouth.
Diameter of Gun nozzle should be smaller than the thickness ofthe sealant injection place, it makesnozzle can stretch into the 1/2 depth of the sealant injection place. Start to inject sealant whensubstrate surface is completely dry, Extrusion and injection of sealant shall be continuous ,whichmakes sure the extrusion of sealant is continuous and uniform cylinder, the move the gun slowly anduniformly, make sure the substrate interface is full of silicone sealant. Quick move is not allowed forthe gun, it will cases bubbles or holes.
Step 5: Decoration should be carried out when the injection is finished, and remove temporary protective tape.
