Product Operate Guide

1. Surface Preparation:

2. Mixing Components:

Thoroughly mix equal amounts of Component A (epoxy resin) and Component B (hardener) in a clean container until a uniform color is achieved.

3. Application:

Apply the mixed grout using a specialized grouting applicator or a squeegee at a 45-degree angle, firmly pressing it into the gaps.

4. Cleaning & Shaping:

Wait 15-25 minutes for initial curing, then use a dedicated cleaning sponge or damp cloth to gently wipe away excess material from the tile surface. Shape the joints smoothly.

5. Final Curing:

Allow the grout to fully cure for 24-72 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Avoid water contact during this period.

Safety Precautions: Wear gloves and ensure adequate ventilation during application. Do not use the mixed grout if it exceeds its pot life (typically 60-90 minutes).
