Curing time is significantly affected by ambient temperature, humidity, and the joint's depth/width. Lower temperatures and higher humidity will slow down the curing process.

    For a permanent, waterproof bond, surfaces must be completely clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, laitance (on concrete), and old sealant residue. We recommend mechanical abrasion (e.g., grinding, wire brushing) for concrete and using a compatible primer on specific substrates if advised in the technical data sheet.
