Product Advantage
The standout feature of the JY820 Fast Sticky Silicone Sealant is its quick-grab capability—achieving sufficient tack within 2-3 minutes to support most substrates without additional temporary fixation. This significantly speeds up installation processes, a critical advantage for tight project deadlines.
With high viscosity and non-slump properties, this sealant performs exceptionally well in vertical and overhead applications. It resists sagging and dripping, ensuring clean, even beads on walls, ceilings, and vertical surfaces.
Engineered for longevity, the JY820 Fast Sticky Silicone Sealant resists aging, shrinkage, cracking, and discoloration. It offers superior water resistance and weatherability, withstanding UV rays, temperature fluctuations, and moisture for long-term performance.
As a cost-effective single-component solution, it eliminates the need for mixing or additional additives. It bonds effectively to glass, aluminum, painted surfaces, composite boards, and ceramics, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects.
Technical Parameters
For projects that demand speed without sacrificing quality, the JY820 Fast Sticky Silicone Sealant is the ideal choice. Product Operate Guide
Verify compatibility between the JY820 Fast Sticky Silicone Sealant and the substrate (glass, metal, ceramic, etc.) prior to use.
Ensure the working environment meets the requirements: temperature 4°C-40°C and relative humidity 40%-80%.
Clean the substrate surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and debris. Use a solvent like mineral spirits for tough contaminants, then allow the surface to dry completely.
Apply protective tape along the edges of the application area to protect surrounding surfaces and ensure clean lines.
Cut the sealant nozzle at a 45-degree angle. The nozzle diameter should be smaller than the gap thickness to allow the nozzle to reach 1/2 the depth of the area to be sealed.
Start extruding the sealant only when the substrate is fully dry. Maintain continuous, uniform extrusion to form a smooth cylinder of sealant.
Move the application gun slowly and steadily to fill the gap completely. Avoid quick movements, as this can create bubbles or holes in the sealant.
Immediately smooth the sealant surface with a tool or gloved finger after application.
Remove the protective tape before the sealant dries to achieve a professional finish.
